The prices are per day per apartment for a minimum stay of 7 days. The price does not include the local tourist tax per day/person (guests aged 14 upward) of 2.70€.
Deposit and reservation To be able to confirm your reservation, we request a deposit equal to 30% of the booked stay. Please indicate your name and reservation period as the reason for the bank transfer. Please note: The booking will become binding after the payment of a deposit (booking guarantee) and we will send you the booking confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (according to art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code*) The Italian Consumer Code does not contemplate the right of withdrawal. However, we recognise a right of withdrawal for you according to article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code. If something unexpected happens and you cannot take your holidays as scheduled, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Travel insurance We recommend that when booking your stay to also purchase “cancellation protection”. In this way, your cancellation charges will be covered and you will be able to enjoy your holiday without worries.
